This is a very spacious holiday cottage created by a sympathetically restored barn conversion retaining all the traditional old beams and has been furnished to a very high standard and quality. A home-made Cornish Cream Tea awaits you on arrival as a warm welcome.
This ground floor holiday cottage has 2 fully furnished bedrooms both en-suite and accommodating up to 4 guests plus a cot which is available on request. The roomy king bedroom with en-suite has full facilities and a level entry shower area (a wet room). This room is ideal for those with restricted mobility with support rails and allows for easy wheelchair access. The second bedroom has twin beds or can be put together to make a 6ft bed with the en-suite offering a bath, separate shower and full facilities. A cot and highchair are available on request.
The lounge area offers comfy reclining leather sofas and a tall chair for those who wish to sit a little higher up. A 40″ flat screen digital TV with DVD, a radio with CD player and a bluetooth speaker. There are a few books and games.
The fully fitted kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate utility room. Also included is all bed linen, towels, robes, electricity, central heating, iron and ironing board and hair dryers in each bedroom.
The patio doors lead out onto a paved area, with a gas barbeque and garden table and chairs for sitting and relaxing in the sun. Steps lead up to a large fenced lawn.
There is ample off road parking.
