The lounge area has an electric wood burner, ample comfy leather sofas to seat 10 people, a 40″ flat screen digital TV with DVD player, a radio with CD player and a bluetooth speaker. There are a few games and a selection of books.
The master bedroom has a 5ft king size bed with en-suite, with a shower over the bath and full facilities. Also included is All bed linen, towels, robes, electricity, central heating an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer in each bedroom.
The patio doors from the living room lead onto a decked area for sitting and relaxing in the afternoon and evening sun with a cup of tea or a glass of wine and perhaps a good book. From here a wooden bridge takes you onto a large fenced lawn for children to play or just to sit and take in the ambience. The patio area with a gas barbeque and garden furniture completes the experience.
There is ample off road parking for 3 or 4 cars.
